All of your order are prepared with care and shipped from our warehouse in Andernos-les-Bains in France. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check the tracking number on your account page by clicking on My Account.

The standard delivery is offered in France from 100€ of purchase (200€ for Clubs), a minimum amount of 150€ for the countries of zone 1,2,3 , a minimum amount of 200€ for the countries of zone 4,5,6 and from a minimum amount of 300€ for the countries of zone7. (See the zooning map)

If you have any special request for your shipping do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order or by adding a shipping note during your checkout.

We will do our best to answer your needs and to ship your order in the best timing.

International:

• DHL Express International
• Colissimo International Post with tracking
• Colissimo International Post with tracking and signature
• Pickup from local store - Colissimo (Only in some European countries)

If the delivery cannot take place at the chosen retailer or post office, your package will be transferred to the nearest retailer or post office.
Colissimo will inform you directly.

Returns are free of charge.
