We understand you want to try a product, to see if it meets your expectations.
You can therefore chalk the tip and try the cue.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product to us for exchange.
Products must be returned to Kozoom Store in perfect resale condition.
Notes:
- A damaged or customized product will not be exchanged.
- Returns are free of charge
How to return a product
- Contact us with your order number, reason of return, what do you want (refund / exchange / repair / store credit) and pictures/videos
- After a careful read of your situation, we will get back to you, with our answer and solution
- We will send a shipping label for your return for free (if it's appouved by our team)
- Download, print and fullfill the return document to add it to your return. This will be useful to get back to you when we receive your product.
- Then we will get back to you as soon as we get your return.
