The Goldstar chalk is one of the most usually used by the top players.
Goldstar chalk is a fine and high-quality billiard chalk. It forms a solid grip on the cue tip to prevent miscues. Anecdotally: Cue tip chalk was invented in its modern form by the billiard pro player William A. Spinks and the chemist William Hoskins in 1897. It is made by crushing silica and the abrasive substance corundum or aloxite (aluminum oxide).
Some advice:
• Chalk is sensitive to temperature and hygrometry changes.
• A chalk too smooth is not synonymous with high-quality
