Our History
Kozoom was founded by Xavier Carrer, French Masters Carom Billiards Champion, European vice-champion and State-certified instructor.
He’s dedicated and passionate about billiards. After his journalism school, Xavier created Kozoom in 1998.
Kozoom.com is now the first European website dedicated to billiards fans with over 100,000 unique visitors per month from more than 50 different countries, offering the most complete experience for billiards lovers.
Since 1998, Kozoom has been involved in the promotion of billiards. After producing the PC Game Canal+ Classic Billiards and a DVD catalog, Kozoom focused its development on TV Production, Live streaming, News and Online Store.
The online store was first opened in 2005, a few years after the launch of kozoom.com. 2010 marks another important year with the launch of the new website, as well as important investments that allowed us to add many new products and inventory items. We have since brought many exciting products to you and we will continually work to innovate and better serve you.
Our team
We have a very dedicated team. Many of you are already familiar with Delphine who has been taking care of making sure that your needs are answered adequately for over 20 years now.
Xavier, Kozoom's founder, who focuses now on the magazine (Mag) and video production of all the Kozoom DVDs and Divx downloads. Xavier has a very attentive regard on each product selected on the shop in order to offer quality products that fits every level and budget.
Philippe joined the team in late 2009 as General Manager of the new Kozoom Store. After 8 years spent at Predator in the USA as Marketing Manager and then Vice-President of Sales and Marketing, he returned to France, his home country and joined the Kozoom Store team to lead a new phase of expansion of the Store. His knowledge of the industry and of the products are a great addition to the team. His focus is to continually bring you new and exciting products and to ensure that your needs are met.
Kylian joined Delphine in 2019 with the goal of sharing his Marketing and communications skills to Kozoom Store and contribute to building a famous worldwide brand with quality products.
In 2024, Kylian was promoted to DrawShots Studio and Louis joined the team in 2025 with his experience in Sports Marketing and Online business in order to give freshness to Kozoom Store.
Today Delphine and Louis are doing their best to answer all your needs and take care of your orders.
